PB&J Bars

2 1/4 C. flour
1/2 C. butter
1/2 C. Peanut Butter
1/2 C. packed light brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
1 egg
1 C. of favorite flavor jelly

1. Preheat oven to 350. Coat 9x13 pan with cooking spray.

2. Combine all ingredients except jelly. Beat on med. for 2 minutes until blended & crumbly. Reserve 1 cup.

3. Spread remaining mixture in dish. Spread jelly over top then crumble reserved mixture over top.

4. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.

5. Cool completely, cut into bars. Serve with a big glass of milk!!
