BLT Salad 1 lb bacon (reserve 2 Tablespoons of bacon fat) (save 2 strips for dressing, use the rest in the salad) 1/2 cup mayonnaise juice of one whole lemon 4 (or more) cloves of garlic minced 2 Tablespoons of bacon fat water iceburg lettuce romaine lettuce 3 ripe tomatoes Mix both types of lettuce, chop tomatoes and place on top of lettuce, crumble bacon and place on top of tomatoes. Dressing: mix all ingredients well, add water until you get a thin runny dressing. The dressing is better if you let it sit overnight. Pour dressing over salad. Enjoy!
