Frozen Peppermint Cheesecake 1 ¼ cup Chocolate Wafer Crumbs ¼ cup Sugar ¼ cup Butter, melted 1 pkg. (250g) cream cheese, softened 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 cup crushed Hard Peppermint Candy (candy canes are ideal) Red Food Color, optional 2 cups Whipping Cream, whipped Combine crumbs, butter and sugar; press onto bottom and halfway up the sides of 9" pan. Chill. In a large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in milk until smooth. Stir in crushed candy and food color. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into prepared pan; cover.
