Granny's Pancakes 1 cup Flour 2 tsp Baking Powder ¼ tsp Salt 2 tbsp Sugar 1 cup Milk 1 Egg, well beaten 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil Sift dry ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in the dry ingredients. Combine milk, beaten eggs and oil in a small bowl. Add liquid ingredients gradually to dry ingredients to prevent lumps from forming. Stir, do not beat. Drop batter by 1/4 cup measure onto a preheated frying pan.
