Rolled Oat Crunchies 1 cup brown sugar 1 tsp. baking powder 2 cups rolled oats 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine 1/2 tsp. vanilla Combine sugar, baking powder and rolled oats. Add butter or margarine and vanilla. Spread ¼" thick in a cookie sheet. Bake 350° for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes. Cut in squares. Cool before removing.
