Whipped Shortbread 1 cup Butter 1 cup Flour 1/2 cup Cornstarch 1/2 cup Icing Sugar 1 tsp Vanilla *Beat butter until foamy. Add dry ingredients, then vanilla. Drop by teaspoon on to an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until light golden at 300-350°. I like to put a 1/4 of a red or green candied cherry on the top in the middle, or the candy silver balls.
